The Shasta Lily ( Cascade Lily) is a gorgeous flower found in shrubby and rocky areas in Siskiyou County, California. I found this one beside the Pacific Crest trail just outside of Etna in Scott Valley The interesting thing these flowers is that they change color from red to pink to white as they age.
