DIRECT TO GARMENT

Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, digital direct to garment printing, digital apparel printing, D2, and inkjet to garment printing, is a process of printing on textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology. The three key requirements for a DTG printer are a way to hold the garment in a fixed position, an inkjet print head, and specialty inks (inkjet textile inks) that are applied to the textile directly by the print head and are absorbed by the garment’s fibers.

EMBROIDERY & MONOGRAMING

Embroidery has long been a hallmark of sophistication, and though it may be a little more expensive than screen printing, it always looks classy and makes a good impression.

We have a complete embroidery department with multiple embroidery machines, and we digitize our designs in-house so that we get your designs digitized and embroidered promptly and correctly. This means we get your job done right without wasting time sending your product back and forth between distant digitizing and embroidering services.

CAD CUT VINYL TRANSFERS – PERFECT FOR NAMES, NUMBERS, TEAM WEAR, & SHORT RUNS

We custom cad cut and heat press your names, numbers, and or simple graphic designs, and we offer a variety of colors and font styles to choose from. It’s the perfect solution for one-offs, and short runs.

We provide in-house cad cut, vinyl names, numbers, and simple graphics. This enables us to give you better, faster, and individualized service for your teamwear or uniforms.

SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.

A blade or squeegee is moved across the screen to fill the open mesh apertures with ink, and a reverse stroke then causes the screen to touch the substrate momentarily along a line of contact. This causes the ink to wet the substrate and be pulled out of the mesh apertures as the screen springs back after the blade has passed.
